| We were pki ng at mage bank and he attacked my friend. so I told him to off casue hes cool. and Then we got into a arguement and forqivness attacked him. Then I attacked him adn rcb'd him and he x-logged. THis is reportable??!

| I'm pretty sure you'll need evidence, most preferably a video, to get him punished in these situations; next time you see him xlogging record it or take screenshots of it.
