I'm kind of thinking about North Varrock. This is mainly for a few main reasons. Varrock is the actual place in main Runesape which many people are aware of, therefore it's familiar grounds for most players and it is a fundemental part of most servers and is already integerated. It also requires less coding, considering there is already a teleport, and all that is required is the integeration of this aspect aswell as just a simple name change of the teleport. The area is also 'core', being close to the basic well-known home teleport. This is pretty much all I have to say :].
