| Why couldnt someone pic this..? Ugh new update here we come. Now new accounts must wait 30 minutes to yell as well. To stop things like this from happening.

| Good idea, but there was also this kid running around not using yell to advertise. Was annoying. Started pretending his was muted and called him a hill billy and he left after like 30 mins :]! But yeah, suppose this ::yell timer thing should work :). --JakeexD
