Suggestion (short one):
Make rares obtainable by donating players! So, like $5 for a random rare or $7.50 for a rare of your choice?

Why?

Because rares are cool :].

Donators can already buy a "Surpise box" from the donor shop for 10 points. This should contain a random rare.
